Black Soybeans Chases Away Free Radicals

All this long, black soybean Glycine soja is marginalized unlike its yellow 'sibling'. Whereas, black soybeans possess more nutrients and antioxidants than yellow soybeans. It also contains anthocyanin that can reach up to 16/ mg per g hull. For that reason, it is potent as antioxidant for bodies. Furthermore, it tastes more deliciously oily.
