A Drop of Sea Water for the Sake of Fitness

Our body does not only need fiber or protein, but also mineral to keep it in good shape. Dr Wilhelm Schuesler of Germany stated that mineral is more important to maintain health. Magnesium deficiency, for example, can trigger degenerative disease. It is because mineral functions as co-enzyme that protects body cells and support other nutritions.
